Increase the size of the toolbar
I have doubled the size of the pallets so I can read them by increasing the width and height and scale.
However, I haven't been able to find out how to do the same for the toolbar, which is very difficult for me to read.
Mac mini 2014
42" TCL TV as a monitor, about 8 feet away.

TV screens are notoriously know to misreport their resolution. You'd need the -D dpi commandline option to be them to senses.
