retrieving music saved using older Musescore 2 and 3 programs so I can edit and print using Musescore 3 Pro

all the earlier music written using the older versions do not allow me to bring them forward to edit or print. What can I do?

1) There is no MuseScore 3 Pro. The notation itself has only a 100% completely free version.
2) All MuseScore 3 releases can load all older files; the layout for MS2 files might shift due to different layout algorithms since MS3.
3) you can install and use the older versions, MuseScore 1(.3) and 2(.3.2) in parallel
