Tablature rhythm flags

Hello! Regarding tablature-only scores. Is there a way to make half notes look better? With the slashed stem, I'm afraid they look too much like a tremolo marking on the stem. I'd rather be able to put a round note head around the number with the dot next to it. Is that possible somehow? Also, "as short stem" is grayed out no matter which option I pick.

But note, the slash only appears when using the "full" style. Using the default "common" style (with stems beside staff as opposed to through it), half notes are indicated using the more typical convention of showing a short stem.
