similar 16th runs in violin part
Hello,
English is not my 1st language, and I have concluded that there is much to learn about specific terms and words describing music notation, so this time I really don't know what to search for. I do sing, but don't play violins. In the attached clip I assum the violin is supposed to play alternating 16ths G/B, and to punch every single one of them will crowd the bar.
Two questions: What is the English term for what the picture shows, and is there a way to produce this notation in Musescore?

Those are old style tremolos between notes

Thanks, Jojo! Learned something new today, and yes, the score is more than 100 years old.
So, see the Handbook for information on how to enter tremolo, but the short answer is, yes it's quite possible!
