Triplet 3's layout errof

I have copy and pasted a bunch of arpeggios and the "3"s are all floating around in strange places. Since I am copy & pasting for a lot of tonalities and for 2 different instruments it is taking me SO much time to edit each 3 individually! Is there maybe a fix to this? Would be very thankful to know.

It's hard to say without your actual score - a picture doesn't give much insight. In general, though, you should be able to select the whole passage and press Ctrl+R to reset any inappropriate manual adjustments that have been applied.
