Please explain what "severity field is required" means

I'd like to report a problem, so I click on "report a Bug" from within Musescore, fill out the fields, upload the score and click save. Then there is this weird message "Severity field is required". What does it mean? Can you add a description for what is expected to be inserted in this field right below the input field, please?
