Export them to musicxml in Sibelius.
Thanks for the comment. Sadly, Sibelius is no longer functioning on my Applemac. Sibelius is no longer supported on my OS. I have all my music files but unable to open them with Sibelius. Any help would be gratefully received.

Ask someone who has Sibelius to do it for you.
