No 3.6.3 is planned. And even if, no new features for it.
Next stop (at least feature-wise) is Musescore 4
Apart from that I don't understand the request.
An example of what you mean would help a lot here, as I also don't understand your request at this moment.
Perhaps a before/after comparison?
If I take this literally, you mean lines added from the Lines palette? You can move as many at once as you want - just select them (eg, Ctrl+click them) and use the Inspector. Generally, though, you normally are better off simply adjusting the style default, unless you literally want only "some" lines moved to a different position than their normal default.
