staff distance bug?

Hi,

I've got a score w 2 instruments (uke and piano) and decreasing staff distance doesn't seem to work for me. I'm using museScore v 3.5.0 on mac OS 10.12.6. I'm attaching the score here. Note that in Format>Style>Page Settings, default Staff Distance is 6.5sp, but setting it to anything smaller doesn't change layout at all. There seems to be enough white space between the 2 instruments that I'd expect the ability to shrink this space to be feasible. Thanks for any advice.

Staff distance is what controls the basic distance here, yes, but in your case, you also have the lyrics bottom distance set quite high - to 4 sp - in Format / Style / Lyrics. Set that back to the default of 2 sp, or less if you prefer.
