You certainly didn't pay anything for this website here, musescore.org nor for the MuseScore Editor for Windows, macOS and Linux.
To be perfectly clear: neither you nor anyone else has ever paid any money for the software. The MuseScore software is (has always been, always will be) completely and 100% free.
Most likely you are referring to a subscription you signed up on a different website, msuescore.com. Nort sure what you thought you were doing when you signed up for that subscription, but you might want to review the terms you agreed to when signing up for the subscription. And if you have questions - like how to cancel the subscription if you are no longer interested in it - please go over there to that other website to ask, or contact their support team (support@musescore.com).
but again, the software itself - which is what we support here on msuescore.org - is free, always has been, always will be, no one here has ever in any way whatsoever charged you money for it.
