Steps to perform
1) You produce a score, in this case it is the German Song "Alle meine Entchen".
2) After you have written that song, you add an empty bar with chords over it.
3) Then you add some empty bars at the end.
4) Go to Tools > removing empty trailing bars
Expected behaviour:
IF there are only empty bars without any chords above till the end, they should be deleted.
Current behaviour
All empty bars at the end, even those with chords above will be deleted.
