Erase all notes/rests of a given voice

Several ways depending on the specifics. For instance, see View / Selection Filter and uncheck the voices you don't want to delete, then select and delete. If you continue to have trouble, please attach your score and describe what you want to achieve in more detail.

Right click one such note/rest, Select > More > Same voice, Same Staff, Del
