missing note head

I have entered a Renaissance trio from IMSLP so that I can generated performance parts. In one instance, in measure 78 (see screenshot of the exported pdf below) the head of a quarter note seems missing and only the tail shows. In the mscz file, the head shows very dimly, but it is present No doubt this is because of something I did and am not aware of. How do I restore that note so that the pdf shows the the entire note? I have inc lured both the screenshot and the file itself.

Select that 'dim' note, press V to make it visible (and printable) again
That screenshot really doesn't help though

While att it, select the slur in measure 83 and press Ctrl+R so that it doesn't leave the page anymore
