It doesn't when I try it (OS: Ubuntu 21.04, Arch.: x86_64, MuseScore version (64-bit): 3.6.2.548021370, revision: 3224f34) so please state OS, MS version and exact steps that result in the problem.

Hmm, the score stems from MuseScore 3.6.2 and Windows.
How can you add an arpeggio to the accoustic guitar, it doesn't have any notes (yet?)?
Not in the part that it, it does in the main score though, so this score is severly corrupt!

Indeed adding an arpeggio to the accoustic guitar in the main score (!) does cause a crash.

Delete the part and regenerate it, to bring it back into sync with the main score (attached), and tell us how you got the score into that corrupt state, so we can reproduce and fix this.
