How do I make this plugin work in a given selection of multiple notes?

I modified the appoggiatura plugin (https://musescore.org/en/project/articulation-and-ornamentation-control) to work with acciaccaturas (using a snippet from https://musescore.org/en/project/pipeband-beat-plugin-bagpipe-playback-…) and it works but now I want to be able to apply it to multiple notes and I'm not sure how to do that exactly
