xml result of importing
Hello I exported three pieces both from Sibelius and Finale hopefully some experts here could give me an advice how to get these pieces looking good in Musescore and therefore a step for me to finally move my composing work to Musescore later on. I have exported both non compressed from Finale) one compressed from Sibelius, and one from Sibelius compressed), also the third from Sibelius both in compressed and uncompressed format not knowing which method I should select (compressed or non compressed). I appreciate any help!

compressed or uncompressed doesn't make any differenty in how it looks once imported somewhere else.
What may make a differences in import is whether it was exported using the Dolet plugin, or via the 'normal' builtin methods of Sibelius/Finale.

oh ok thanks! well I used the normal way, maybe I should try the Dolet plugin then

I've heard that the Dolet export is much better. Can't vouch for it though, never used it myself (nor Sibelius or Finale)
For a start I'd use Format > Style > Reset all settings to default. Same maybe with Format > Page settings.
Then go from there and check the handbook, https://musescore.org/en/handbook/3/formatting

Im not able to install Dolet in Finale nor in Sibelius, can't just find it within the program in any of those, unfortunately my files are exceeding the size so not able to upload any xml here.. I'll see if I can find a solution

Reported as being corrupt or not being a MusicXML file

which one?

Yes I know that "Barnen" reported corrupted issue, one bar not having correct beats I think,, the other two though (Two young missing carline in one or more bar, Haneyoo various issues too)

See the "Haenyeo" file cleared of corruption (at least warnings, I can't check everything): Haenyeo Suite 1.mscz
And the "Two young" file opens normally here (version 3.6.2) : Two young Finale.mscz

Thank you for checking them, yeah Haneyoo doesn't seem to have those issues that Two young has like in bar 105 (looks a bit weird with 9/8 and empty spaces then 9/8 and the correct amount of notes.. I guess I should try to use the Dolet Plugin when managing how to install it or find it if already installed, maybe the result will be better, as otherwise it seems to be a lot of work ahead, even though i only have a few that large scores like this and with irregular bar signatures, anyway thanks for spending time on them
