How do I do this?
I want my score to have a full page dedicated to the title and some text written under it. However the only way that i have seen to do this is to have a lot of instruments, then musescore will automatically do it for you. My piece is scored for 2 keyboard instruments, so that doesn't happen. How do I get it so i have an entire full page for my title and subtitle?

You can add a Page Break to a frame: https://musescore.org/en/handbook/3/breaks-and-spacers

that doesn't make a blank first page. that just makes the first measure stretch out really long on the first page and the rest is put on the second page

Now read my answer again, it mentions nothing about measures at all, but only about frames (such as the title frame).
Then try it out, this time applying the page break to the title frame as advised, and not to the first measure.
You can have two frames - one for the title and one for your description. Make the frames large enough to dominate the first page and push the music onto the second.
