Ar least in mscz (and mscx) and also pdf.
Not sure whether it makes sense for other formats too, MusicXML maybe?
If svg is possible that would be great a too, esp. for musescore.com.
And maybe an URL macro for header/footer, filled with the URL on musescore.com, the 'source' tag from File > Score properties. Well, actually
$:source:
is that already, but not clickable. If this feature happens, it will cause some problems as well as useful; the most important one: Many spammers will write a c-major-scale (or nonsense random notes), add the spam URLs and flood musesore.com with meaningless scores.
That'd be an issue to sort there, on musescore.com. We're having thise kind of spammers there already, so not much of a difference.
It'd be an issue only if SVG export includes those hyperlinks BTW.

In the printouts such a hyperlink might even get turned into a QR code?
Being able to hyperlink to additional content in the same folder where the musescore file resides would be handy for educational purposes. With such a feature, one could include mp3s and video with the musescore file in a zip file to email to students.
Good feature to have. Btw if we can't have hyperlink inside Musescore program, is there a way to integrate with Adobe Acrobat so that when exporting as a .PDF file, the links are recognized?
