How to repeat 2 bars consecutively

Hi I am trying to program a new score - see pdf attached. I am struggling to program a repeat of the 5th & 6th bars. you will see it says to play them and then repeat the 2 bars (together) 6 times (see the 3rd line in the pdf).

Please note the import pdf function did not work.

I know how to repeat the the 5th & 6th bars once by using |: and :| but can't seem to program per the third line in the pdf
