MuseScore doesn't import tempo information from Capella files at all, this issue was reported 6 years ago and apparently reported as a mere suggestion, imagine if we destroyed all tempo information from every musical notation software in the world, what could possibly go wrong, right? I am honestly speechless how something so serious was treated so lightly for SIX years.
You can reproduce the bug by importing this attachment, tempo is set at 132, but when you import it on MuseScore that information is destroyed, batch conversions are also impossible as every score must be fixed manually one by one.

So a duplicate of #56661: [CAPX Import] Tempi from Capella don't get imported? Although that is about capx, not cap.
It's been reported as a suggestion, because something that isn't implemented isn't a bug, just a missing feature...
