Set default position for staff text and system text

I use staff or system text to place a block of text below a piece of music. These default to a position "above" the staff or system. I would like to either
1. Be able to change the default to "below"
2. Have the choice of above / below be a submenu or dialog box choice when creating staff or system text.

I would also like to be able to set the default for the X, Y, and width of these by selecting one and telling MuseScore to set defaults to current values.
