How to copy partial note?

Hi,

I can drafting drum scores. I want to keep the hi-hat and snare drum pattern the same but base drum pattern different. When I select the note using SHIFT, all hi-hat, snare drum, and base drum will be selected. (I only want to copy hi-hat and snare drum). Is there a way to select partial note and copy/paste it to a new measure?

  1. Copy them all
  2. Paste them all into the new destination
  3. Range select the pasted result
  4. Right-click a base drum within that selection (Ctrl-click on Mac) and choose Select → More…
  5. Select all "same pitch" notes "within selection" and OK
  6. Press delete
