Alignment for images

It would be nice if users could have the same horizontal and vertical alignment controls that are given e.g. with text styles:

especially when they're bound to frames. This could also possibly solve some incompatibilities between score versioning (recall having some offsets be misaligned going from 2.x to 3.x in the past).
