  2. start Musicscore app
  3. displays "generating error report"
  4. shuts down app

See if you can find an updated device driver for it - the older one might be causing problems. Also make sure you are on the latest version of MsueScore (3.6.2). If that doesn't help, try asking for help on the Support forum, where other users of that keyboard might have suggestions.
