I have no Idea how it happened or what to do but an invisible staff is not invisible on the website. The problem will be found on the last two pages.

Hi
On my system (Gentoo linux) it is fully visible. Both the attached score and on the website. I am using firefox and selfcompiled Musescore 3.6.2. So nothing wrong with your score.
And that would be a big shame. Bravo for one of the finest scores I have seen produced with musescore. It would be bad if all of that splendid work would have been wasted ;-)
Have a nice day

Oh, now I see it. It seems you may have deleted the content of those bars (409-414). It might just been an accident after all that writing.
This is an issue with some changes that had been done to the backend.
My bet is on https://github.com/musescore/MuseScore/pull/8430 or https://github.com/musescore/MuseScore/pull/8527

Sorry about this, but the links you sent seem a little confusing, if there's maybe a summary you can send or a check list, that would be appreciated.

Thanks, I'm glad you like the piece. The strange thing is that I didn't delete anything from those bars, I set them to invisible so that if nothing is in them they shouldn't be there, yet no matter what I do there is always an empty staff in that system.
Those links are not supposed to make sense to you, but should to the developers.
And in https://musescore.org/en/node/325263 I showed a workaround (making the hidden staff an Ossia), didn't I?
