I can’t get a refund despite submitting multiple requests in support and even tried the google play link. It says no previous transactions, but my paypal account says otherwise. I can’t afford this right now, and my bills are due THIS FRIDAY! I would rather have a refund than no electricity, or I will sue the company. For the love of god, someone talk to me! It’s a great site, but the customer service sucks majorly. If I don’t get an answer tomorrow, I’m suing.
