Open a separate window
I'm trying to reference one piece while working on another, but it's a real pain in backside to click back and forth so much. Plus I keep mindlessly pressing alt+Tab when trying to switch between them. Does anyone know how I can put one on them in a separate window?

I believe in MuseScore 4, separate windows for separate scores may become a thing? Meanwhile, Ctrl+Tab is the shortcut you are looking for. It's more or less standard in applications that support multiple documents within a single window. Unfortunately on some systems, Ctrl+Shift+Tab to move back doesn't work, so if you have more than two pieces open, you'd need to Ctrl+Tab more than once to get back. You can however define a new shortcut for this in Edit / Preferences / Shortcuts.
