Concert putch

Hi! I would like to set the score to concert pitch and change it when finished. I had a look on MusScore, but it said highlight Concert Pitch which will be at the top right of the tool bar, but I can’t find it and I do have MuseScore 3. I looked in Tools, but the Transpose section doesn’t have it. Thanks to everyone that has assisted my queries thus far. Thank you
