highlighting specific note

Hello,
Assuming we have a piece of note such as Nuvole Bianche for Ludovico Einaudi. The song key signature is A flat Major, F minor. How can I do the following:
- since the key signature is A flat, F minor, how can I highlight the notes in all music A B D E without pressing each one and making it different color by one click, or;
- How to show the sharp letter next to it with one click without highlighting each one individually
- How to change the shape and apply to all the same note.

Applying a change to each note might take an hour. I want to do a change to all the pieces for specific notes with one click
