The F Bass note in Bar 43 is hardly audible when I play the Mp3.

Could be your speakers or headphones just don't reproduce low frequencies well. Sounds fine to me though.

You do not hear it when MuseScore plays back.
You hear it when the Mp3 is playing.

“The mp3” meaning take this score, load it using the default soundfont, and then export to mp3? Much tougher to tell then because with all the instruments playing it’s hard to pick out any single note. But maybe try selectively muting other tracks to convince yourself it really is there. And then if you don’t hear it even after muting other instruments, maybe upload that mp3 somewhere and post a link to it so we can compare to what we hear on our systems with our sound fonts.
Just to double check, my mixer loaded top to bottom, vibraphone, electric guitar, harmonica electric guitar, piano, and drums.
I could hear the F2 in question in MS and the mp3. What I couldn't hear well were the G5 notes in the vibraphone. Also, you have everything panned to the middle. Things can get covered up that way. Listen to it at different volume levels. On my system, sometimes your F1 notes don't sound as loud.

It was audible with every instrument but the Vibraphone.
So I changed Vphone to piano.

These are bass notes and they may not sound good on every instrument. It can be heard more clearly if you change the instrument to Acoustic or Electric Bass. Because these instruments can give better sound of bass notes.
I've attached a modified example so you can compare.
