Copyright issues? Why are so many scores blocked now? What is this

If those scores were correctly marked as public domain by their uploaders, they shouldn't have been blocked. So if you know of any of those, then raise the issue on that site.

raise the issue of a blocked score on what site? the link you gave was just some faq. I have a score that was blocked with a clim of a copyright issue but I think it is nonsense. I would like to know if others are experiencing the same issue. thanks

The link wasn't just some random FAQ for the fun of it though.. It is the FAQ answer that shows that there are two different domains and that this domain with the forum (.org) has no relation nor power over copyright issues with scores published on that other domain (.com).
It also contains a link to "How and where to ask for support" which would in turn point you either to support@musescore.com or the Improving musescore.com group, both places that belong to the site for which you have a complaint.
