The last time the PDF version of the online handbook got generated is June 14th 2021.

They used to get generated on Travis CI, see https://musescore.org/en/handbook/2/user-handbook-pdf-generation and https://github.com/musescore/handbook2PDF

Seems that job needs to get moved to GitHub CI
