Numeric notation
I downloaded a song from this site. At the end of the piece there is a numerical notation which spans four measures. Can anyone please shed some light as how these numbers relate to pitch and duration?

Seems to be something invented just for the occasion, but it isn't obvious what it means. Presumably, those are scale degrees, but for what I can't say. You'd have to ask the person who upload the score as they are probably the one who invented the notation.
