Unable to Play Music

I have been using MuseScore for 6 years and know how to fix a lot of issues, but this one has me completely lost! I am using Musescore3 on Windows, and for some reason the entire playback bar is unavailable to use. The restart, playback, loop playback buttons are all unable to be selected. I have uninstalled and reinstalled, reset to factory settings, and reset my computer and none of it has fixed the issue. Please help!
