Musescore Disables or Deletes all Audio Drivers when Opened.

I've had this rather concerning problem the past couple days. I'm using windows 11, and when I open the program, one of two things happen (constantly).
My audio devices change from being 'Speakers (Realtek(R) Audio Device) and Headphones (Realtek(R) Audio Device)' to being 'Speakers (High Definition Audio Device)' and 'Headphones (High Definition Audio Device)' and stop working entirely.
or,
All audio drivers disappear from my computer entirely. When I go to the volume panel it simply says 'No Output Devices Found'.
Both of these problems are only fixable with a restart, and resetting the settings in Musescore doesn't help. I've also tried manually setting the API and Audio Device under I/O settings and nothing works.
Any help here?
