Music sign for using hand palms?...
For example, I want to play C4 to C5 by pressing all the white notes combined using my palm. But, I don't want to arrange the music score by notating every single white notes because that would look messy.
Is there a music sign for this? What is it called and where do I find it on MuseScore?

I found it, but its effect isn't working. Do I have to do something to enable it?

To enable what? These are just symbols, no semantic, no playback.

Could this be a feature/option for the future?

A cluster is pretty much notate every white note in practice anyway. So the counter question is, what do you find messy about notating it that way?

I am not upset. What is the "standard" way to notate what you want? If there is no standard way then MuseScore won't notate it for you and I doubt other scoring programs would too.

Make those notes and theire accidenat invisible and overlay tham with that cluster notehead from the symbols palatte

You could hide (most) accidentals and flip the noteheads to make it a cluster look. If you then for example don't hide the top accidental but move it on top:
