How do i separate violin parts ?

I'd probably copy that entire section to a new score. Label the various parts first (Violin I, Violin II, etc) then (Menu) File -> Parts... All Parts.

Score needed to tell for sure, but File > Parts > All parts should do the trick

Hard to say much from just a picture, but if you are suggesting File / Parts doesn't work already, then perhaps that's because this is a a score for a single violin using five staves, instead of five violins? If so, no need to create a whole new score, just add five new violins, copy paste to them, and then remove the original. This way you preserve all other score attributes including any key or time signature changes, repeats, etc.
