Detuned Saw: This arrow with 'full' or '1/2' at the top.

I've been trying to write a piece containing the Detuned Saw, but I can't figure out how to get this nice smooth step in pitch by writing out this arrow that has '1/2' at the top (other cases, I need 'full' over it). How do I write it out?

Note that this symbol doesn't make sense for anything other than guitar. 1/2 and full refer to frets, which a saw doesn't have. You should be using other symbols for this, depending on the exact effect you want.
