When a grace note is sandwiched between two "range selected" notes, pressing s only slurs between the first selected note and the grace note, leaving the last note of the selection unslurred. Word on the street says this is not by design.
This also occurs when there are two eighth notes a grace note and another eighth; with all three eights selected s only slurs the first two eighths and the grace.

You're all but one though 😉
Well, Marc confirmed. And if you took a second to test the issue that would surely make three. Which I think is a few.
Care to test?
Confirmation is not the same as having the same issue.
Sorry. What's the difference between confirming an issue and having an issue?
The purpose of this field is to measure how many people have actually encountered this in their own usage, not how many are able to reproduce it. The latter is the "reproducibility" field, and it's correctly set to always; this measures whether it's possible to begin investigating. The "frequency" is a way to measure how many people have actually reported being inconvenienced by an issue, which helps prioritize.
Workaround is to simply extend the slur after the fact, or to Ctrl+click the first & last note (same as for cross-voice or cross-staff slurs).
