This score is already in MuseScore format, so there is nothing to "import". Not anymore, anyhow - looks like this is already the result of importing something, although I suspect the original was pretty botched. If it was a PDF, almost certainly it will be far faster to reenter by hand than to attempt to fix all the problems here.
If you do elect to try to fix the problems:
First, the file is corrupted as you see in the dialog that appears, and is written several octaves too high to be a bass part. So you'll have to first first fix the corruptions as per https://musescore.org/en/node/54721 (otherwise you risk crashes and the score eventually becoming unusable). And then select all (Ctrl+A) and transpose down as many octaves as you need to make it actually in range for bass (Ctrl+Down, maybe four or five times).
Then to change to tab, right-click the staff, Change Instrument, and choose Bass Guitar (Tablature).
And then you can begin the real work of correcting all the individual notation errors. Unfortunately. PDF import is still in the realm of experimental AI, not something one can really rely on much.
