Octave transposition keystroke differs between treble clef and tablature staves

The octave transposition keystrokes (Control/Command + or -) work as expected on standard clef notation like treble clef. But the same keystrokes have a different affect when invoked on a tablature selection. Instead of changing the octave the keystrokes adjust the string assignment.

Worse, I think we have no keystroke for invoking octave transposing for tablature selections.

I'd think it more logical if Control/Command (+ or -) keystokes invoked octave transpositions on standard staves AND on tablature staves.
