accidental creation or re-definition

Maybe the application already does this.

I want to either create my own accidentals (raising and lowering pitch by 40 cents and by 20 cents), or redefine the effect of some accidentals in the palette that do something similar (for my example, the four accidentals from Turkish music theory).

I know this can be done note by note with the inspector, but my requested method would be significantly faster.
