What are these names called and where can I find a list of them?

I'm using this plugin that requires making a JSON file with accidentals and their respective retuning. In the examples (shown below) I come across these accidental names on the left, that I've been calling "meta names". I want to make a file using the AEU Turkish accidentals, but I have no idea what their "meta names" are and I won't be able to find a list of them if I don't even know what these "meta names" are actually called.
