There are no dynamics in the sheet music but the loudness still goes up and down

I downloaded the song on musescore.com:

There are no dynamics shown in the sheet music (I even have show invisible and show unprintable checked)

But when I play it back there are audible loudness changes going on throughout the song

What gives?
