It stops recognizing the midi after some time working with it.
I need to close it, unplug everything and then start again, and even though... it does not assure it will work

Thank you very much for your reply. Unfortunately, It does not work. Nor does it work sometimes if I unplug and then plug the midi device.
Most likely, your device has powered down, or something has changed on your system - like going to sleep and coming back, or another device also being plugged in - that causes your operating system to change the device ID for the MIDI. In which case, if simply toggling the button doesn't do it, restarting MuseScore should (no need to also unplug anything). If you can figure out exactly what triggers this, that would help in terms of being able to offer workarounds.
If you continue to have trouble please ask for help in the support forum here, where many people who have expertise in all sorts of hardware and system issues might be able to assist. Also try any support facilities for your particular keyboard and your particular OS.
