Edit MuseScore Percussion soundfont
Does anyone know if it's possible for me to open up the General MuseScore.sf3 file into Polyphone, and add a choked cymbal preset into the orchestral percussion folder? I know it is possible to make a separate choked cymbal SoundFont by itself, but does anyone know if it is possible to add that choked cymbal sound to all the other sounds already in the orchestral percussion kit?

in Polyphone you cant save to sf3, but if you download and install the MusescoreGeneral.sf2 you can edit it to your likings (and have a better sound too).

if you want your music sound good, dont use compressed soundfonts.
converting from .sf3 to .sf2 is comnplete madness.
