Trumpets
My trumpet parts are randomly getting really weird timbres and then going back to normal. I am thinking I might have accidentally pressed some button. Any ideas?

You may have some setting in the score (e.g. Mute) causing this. Attach an affected score and state at what part(s) there is an issue.

Here's one section; you can hear it in the first triplet.

I'm not sure how I might have muted them.

This is a normal and msotly unavoidable byproduct of how sound synthesis works. If you have two identical notes being played using the same exact sound sample (e.g., both trumpets in unison), then audio artifacts occur as the two identical waveforms reinforce each other. This usual way people have dealt with this over the decades is to either mute one of the two notes, or shift it slightly in time and/or pitch so that it is not identical.
