Starting new section
I want to start a new section (movement of a multi-movement piece) and have the numbering start again from 1. I have done the section break, and I need help starting the new section, giving it a heading, and starting the numbering up again from 1. Thank you.

The section break should reset the numbering to start from 1 by default. That, together with other options is controlled in the inspector. See https://musescore.org/en/handbook/3/breaks-and-spacers#section-break for more details.
To add a heading insert a vertical frame before the start of the new section and add title text etc. to that.
Note that if the instrumentation differs from section to section, you will need to have all the instruments present in all the movements, You can hide unused instruments throughout movements. but this can get tricky.
It is often easier to keep each movement as a separate score, export them invidually to pdf and then assemble the pdfs into a single file using one of the freeware pdf merging apps like PDFBinder
