How do i make this look how it's in the book?

I'm working on a transposition project for school and I can't figure out how to make it my notes be how they are in my book I'm working out of. I have attached a picture of how it's supposed to look in the book and I have also attached a screenshot of what mine looks like. Any help will be helpful as this project is due next Monday.
