Score not processing

Hi everyone, I've uploaded a fairly large score onto musescore but it's been stuck in the processing stage for over a week now. I've tried to reupload it, save online, upload from the website etc but nothing seems to be working. I know this isn't the right site to ask this but I didn't find a solution when I asked on musescore.com.
Does anyone know how to get around this? I've been able to upload other scores since trying to upload this one, so I'm not sure what to do.
